They better have a plaque explaining that mess... cause MLK its not. 10.5 mil I guess they at the very least , and I mean least. They have some "thing" to show for it... I mean NY spends about that in a week for illegals to trash hotels. So there's that. I know art is in the eye of the beholder.... BUT.
They better have a maintenance budget on that cause it will get tagged... first one will be "What The Fuck".

What you want to bet this was "Covid Spending".

And why aren't the greenies all up in arms over this...(yes pun intended) how much energy and carbon pollutants was released to smelt and cast that? Or was it OK cause it was cast in China like the Pegasus statue at GSP.
