2024 NHC Championship

Rolls on this weekend, and a close friend is back in for his 4th straight year taking another run at it.

Friday Mandatories are out:

R5 Gulfstream
R5 Oaklawn
R9 Tampa Bay
R8 Aqueduct
R2 Turfway
R8 Santa Anita

Along with the 6 Mandatory races, contestants have 10 optional races they can choose from: Aqueduct, Fair Grounds (Races 1-6), Golden Gate Fields, Gulfstream, Laurel Park, Oaklawn, Santa Anita, Tampa Bay Downs, Turfway Park (Races 1-6).

All 'wagers' the mythical $2WP. No other wager types allowed.

I believe this is the first year Turfway has been available as an NHC contest track.

Last Chance First Chance also out for Thursday.

Those Mandatories are:

R2 Fair Grounds
R5 Gulfstream
R5 Fair Grounds
R7 Oaklawn

Good luck to any and all on this forum in the mix this weekend.

WOW! That's so cool! She's my age

If she finishes in a high spot (even if she doesn't), I'll ask the NHC for her contact info (or try and find it myself ) to get a partnership going to work together to bring in more younger folks like us.

Could make it happen! Best of luck, Katelynn!

I'm betting on the following:

Dictionary
BEARD
INFORMAL•US
a person who carries out a transaction, typically a bet, for someone else in order to conceal the other's identity.
"the beard permitted the manipulator to protect the odds"

I'm sure I'll get roasted for this by the Conley Fan Club, but this comment comes off as really creepy. This isn't Tinder and you shouldn't be tracking down some random woman's contact information because she's in a handicapping contest. Get a life and leave her alone.

I wasn't trying to come off as creepy. Was just saying that it's cool to see young people in the game, especially at a young age. Wasn't actually going to "contact" her ok.

And what fan club? I didn't realize I had one?

Trust me I have a life. I'm at college my friend trying to advance my studies into Broadcasting
