I don't think a million in this country alone will ever happen. I'd be surprised to see 400,000 by the end of 2021. A vaccine will happen soon. Once distributed, which is the only part uncertain time-wise, the death rate will be no higher than any other disease (virus).
Under current conditions politically, its hard to correctly predict much of anything anymore.

why is it we have not seen big charts of mortality rates lately? is it because ot takes 3-5 weeks for most people die once infected?
