What in the hell is the difference between the "Steeler faithful" and "Ravens fans".

POT is right but I still will digress.

My two cents in he's not a first ballot Hall of Famer because of his personal stuff and suspension. It took Paul Hornung quite a while to get in if I recall correctly. Some people will be adamant about not voting for him just like baseball people with steroid users.

I could be wrong but just don't see it happening first time out.

What was Harbaugh thinking with that challenge at 2:00? No chance to win it, and he ended the game by losing his second timeout.

If he doesn't challenge, the Ravens could have possibly gotten the ball back down 8 with 1 minute left.

Baltimore has a very good RB yet they only want to throw passes to him. You can't win in this league by throwing 50 times. Forget the crap about being a "passing league". The facts are this: teams that win the rush battle win a much higher percentage of games than the teams that get more pass yards.

But as for Flacco, you can blame part on play calling, maybe some on the O-line but he has to be accountable. He has not been throwing the ball well for most of the season.

The AFC is there for the taking but right now, I believe the Texans and Jets are better than Baltimore. If Flacco can improve his level of play they have a chance. But until then, they are not the team to beat.

Brilliant. So, if the D stinks, the GM drafts a QB. Again, brilliant logic.

You would have happy feet playing behind that O line at times.
Your "friend" is just pissed he's playing for TB.

You referring to the game that he helped pull out in the 2nd half when the O line decided to start playing ?

See above.^^

Two dropped passes in the "drive"- accuracy issues ?
And apparently, the Steelers aren't the Ravens.

Fantasy team ? - R U serious ?

Fumble- isn't the ball the focus of each and every play? Players focus on the ball each and every play. The QB when unprotected, as JF was on that play, is very likely to cough it up. Happens all the time.

SB with JF - get some new material

Correct !

Valuist why is it rookie QBs are having early success the last couple of years? The NFl has changed the rules to benefit the offense no more tight coverage.

They have a poor offensive line. The best way to get Rice in the open field is throw screens to him. If they try to run him 20 times a game, 17 of them will be for 3 yards or less.
This game was a big time trap game. The Seahawks also caught the Giants in one earlier. They are just good enough to beat a team that is too busy taking bows from last weeks to put in a strong effort this week.
