No, some races for fillies at 7 furlongs are points races, but not this one. Doesn't make sense but probably doesn't matter.

It was a little trickier this year. Many horses had multiple races at 9f this year, and some even raced at 9.5 and 10f. What I did was normalized the final fractions to 9f for all distances first so they could be compared. Next, for horses with multiple races, I used the ones with the best speed figure and last fraction. If they were different, I kept both preliminarily. I then ran the combined rankings to see which was the best for those horses and tossed the worst one. I then re-ran the rankings using the best race for each horse. This is what you see below. I'll update for scratches if any occur.
