Not sure if April/May was the most profitable 2 month run I've ever had in a 17 year career, but it's going to be right up there. It has been a perfect storm.
1) Low interest rates has led to huge refinance volume
2) because the people that do what I do have to meet the customer at their home, many have just stopped working for the past 10 weeks either due to health conditions that make them vulnerable, or they're just uncomfortable with the prevailing situation, leaving more volume for those of us working,
3) with real estate escrow company's offices closed, everything must be done at the customer's home. The option to go to the office just isn't there.
I'm worn out I've been working such long hours, but I'm not complaining. I'm glad I'm not in a spot where I need unemployment or in an industry that will take much longer to get back up to full steam again.

Coronavirus has vastly improved my cooking skills. I made Ferran Adrià’s Potato Chip Omelet. I never would have thought about doing that.
Lots more time now to read up on recipes and watch grilling You Tubes from guys who have won grilling contests. I did ribs and steak so far and learned some new methods. .

Grocery Shopping & mail
For those who are actually following the CDC guidelines.
I notice that they don't recommend wiping down groceries or mail any more.
Grocery Shopping
●After leaving the store, use hand sanitizer.
●When you get home(from grocery shopping), wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
●Follow food safety guidelines: clean, separate, cook, chill. There is no evidence that food or food packaging play a significant role in spreading the virus in the United States
...and for collecting mail:
●After collecting mail from a post office or home mailbox, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Fruits and vegetables do not need to be wiped for Coronavirus - the pesticides they are covered in kill it.

I had $400 in the stock market 5 months ago - now I have $7,000 (NVAX stock - they're working on a COVID vaccine).
Lots of guys got rich on this move - not so much me, 'cause I'm a $2 bettor.
Was gonna go to Saratoga with some of that loot, but not this year, so I guess I'll "let it ride."

I had $7,000 in my ADW account 5 days ago...and now I have $400 (laid off horses returning to the races will do that to you, if you let them).
Lots of guys are cautious in this type of situation...not so much me, 'cause I've got BALLS.
Was gonna use that money to replace my roof...but now I'll just buy myself some plastic buckets.

Check your local business, they will have a bunch of empty hand sanitizer buckets in the trash.

I checked. The wholesale sanitizers come in paper boxes.

Sad to hear that. We can't really travel anyway due to corona currently, but I was thinking about the future. Might be things would get better in 2021.

i wouldn't advise anyone walk into a wallmart in the middle of Texas even if everyone had 5 masks on and practiced 100 yards of social distancing.
