I had a conversation with a guy at work. He stated that the state of California has a ban, on any medical weed holders to purchase weapons of any kind in the state. He stated that there is a q's in the paperwork for your back ground check that ask's if you are using any substance or something similar to that. If you state yes, you will be denied. If you state no and they find out you have a pot card then you can be charged and big fines and jail time. I do not know if this is true or not. Second hand statement.
