Happy Mothers' Day

Since it's Mothers' Day why not list who you think is the greatest producers in racing.

Aspridita

Somethingroyal

Personal Ensign

Ethel Jacobs

Gladys Phipps

Sorry but couldn't help myself with the last two but they did have children who were excellent owners and breeders.

List your favorites.

Happy Mothers Day

Look I'm wiling to fight anyone who doesn't think Toussaud is the greatest broodmare of the last 30-40 years.

First she was a grade one winner of half her starts.

Second, she produced five graded stakes winners from five different sired.

Third, she is the mother of both Empire Maker and Chester House. Empire Maker stands for $100k now. Chester House died suddenly but in three crops had two Breeders Cup winners. He would have been a $50-100K sire.

If Chester House had lived another decade she would have created about $200 million in revenue for her owners. Empire Maker alone may bring them $100 million. You literally couldn't put a price on her value.

Vic maybe you could add a little pickle to one of your race calls...something like "he is stuck on the rail and in a real super pickle"

Cee's Song would have to be on the list. Dam of Tiznow and Budroyale. Her daughters and granddaughters have produced Paynter and Oxbow, among others.
