It's funny you bring up Vancouver. Someone mentioned on this thread this.

So I look at Coolmore's stallion roster and see Vancouver's name and that he was a son of Medaglia d'Oro.

I looked up Beholder. I came across an article that says she is a mare that outruns her pedigree. Vancouver looks like he did follow the narrative to his either. I approve of this matching.

I know I saw that and raced to post up his best son! Think the mating could a runner that could win at a high level on either surface. Would still be a Sadler Wells over Storm Cat lines without Kitten's Joy on top. 2 of the best Northern Dancer lines.
