Perhaps giving Al Franken a little help out the door, Minnesota Dem Governor Mark Dayton has already named his replacement. It is Lt. Gov. Tina Smith.
Tina Smith is the former VP of Planned Parenthood of MN. It is assumed that she will run for the position in a special election next year.
I wonder what Jesse Ventura is doing these days.
