I'm counting sign-ups as those who've acknowledged they've read and understand the rules. There is no other "official" sign-up other than that.

Players can sign up at any time, even up to the last 10 playable days of the contest, which would allow them to meet the 30 play required minimum.

For a player's selections to be scored they do need to acknowledge they understand the rules.

As I understand the rules I am to sign up here acknowledging that I do, and it is a maximum of 3 plays per day playing Saratoga and/or Del Mar. Am I set to go?
