Dershowitz's client is guilty of plenty of crimes, there is enough physical evidence, even if you eliminate all of the vast witness testimony. If the FBI did manipulate dates on photographs they didn't need to.

I don't know how you reform the FBI. The last few years have been a horror show. From Andrew McCabe, the coverup over Hunter Biden's laptop, the over the top arrest of Roger Stone, the failure to investigate Ray Epps for Jan. 6 activities (how did he know where the pipe bombs were?), this is an out of control agency. And it has been politicized to go after Biden's & Democrats opponents. This is one of the hallmarks of a banana republic.
