Is this information available?

I was thinking about the training angles you see in the DRF and brisnett PP's. Is the source of this data searchable for the general public?

What I was thinking was this: if you could look up the highest winning trainer with say +90 days away along with highest winning % in allowance races, then you could find which track he/she would be at for such and such day, etc.

Or how about look up the highest winning % jockey (in the country) with 2 year old first time starters with "x" trainer?

Since you now can bet any track online, it would seem this be fruitful. Am I wrong here? Thanks.
