they are involved with a process to recycle lithium and cobalt out of battery's for cell phones and electric car battery's.

the way i am looking at things, gasoline powered engines will be a thing of the past by 2025 and if this works it will be the first company to be on board with this extraction process that they claim works. now.
I'm not a commodity guy but ran across this article while looking for something else. Food for thought before you get too heavily invested in a crowded trade. This suggests you may have better entry points a few years out:

Lithium is a commodity. If the price drops due to oversupply, it will impact companies trying to turn a profit recycling it.

For those that like to dream . . .

The SPY 263 put went today from three dollars to a high of two-hundred and thirty-nine dollars, in less than an hour.

Silver has been lagging gold in a big way. everytime silver gets to $17.50 it pulls right back. Silver has always been an action trade. right now, in my opinion, the Silver speculators have been moving over to the crypto-currencies. this is just my guess. so with the crypto's going for the program lately, i think that the action guys may go back to the Silver and push it back up to over $17.50 for the first hurdle. Silver sits right now at $17.18, a break above the resistance could bring you some serious moves if i am guessing this thing right.
