It doesn't matter Briben allowed them to sell oil from day one of his misadministration ignoring sanctions. They had about 5.5 billion in reserves at the end of Trump’s term they now have 60 billion plus from sales of oil. The 6 billion is a drop in the oil barrel... compared to what Joe really gave them. But yes that 6 billion should be re seized.
Joe Briben Administration's has been the best thing to happen to the Oil War Lord's in decades. Gave them plenty of spending money to prey with.

I wonder who his juice trainer is? From what I have read everything to help with the effects of Alzheimer's or anything else that causes dementia in the elderly is still all in the experimental phase. I wonder if there is a group of people in an old folks home being experimented on before they give things to Joe? Obviously as you age the danger zone for a raised heart rate gets lower and lower, it is a wonder they haven't killed him yet. I am sure the times when his eyes looked glued open and he is yelling his heart rate and blood pressure have to be spiked.
