Horse Racing Nation in a release said that Wynn Casino in Las Vegas in no longer doing Future Wagers for the Kentucky Derby! Guess you will have to go someone else to gamble!

Personnel Change

This would be due to the fact that John Avello has resigned from Wynn
and teamed up with Draft Kings. Racing futures were Johnny A's baby,
and by all accounts he did a fine job making book on them.

The bright side....

Expect to see a KY Derby Futures book available online via Draft Kings.
John Avello won't let such a good promotional tool go to waste.

The future of sports betting is online and via phone apps.

John A. never met a microphone he didn't like but at least he never stopped promoting racing.

To modern books it's an afterthought. Anyone who has been in a sportsbook recently knows that.
