Great singer. Great guitar player.
Just a GREAT band. I've seen them live 5 times. Only time I saw Bon was when they opened for Van Halen on VHs first tour through Seattle in 1979. First of 3 times I saw VH.
Went to Reno a couple weeks ago and saw Thompson Twins, B-52s and Culture Club. HAHAHA. In the '80s I wouldn't have been caught dead in a show like that. But now, I gotta give in to the wife. Gotta be honest though. The B-52s were pretty good......still. I saw them once before about 20 years ago. It was actually a pretty damn good show. The name of the band that opened for them that night escapes me right now, but it's the group that had that killer video at the very start of MTV, "Don't You Want Me Baby".
