What happens when an ineligible horse wins?
Can I ask for a refund ?

Not the best pic by Ray Paulick because the dates are missing. I had to find the dates and his last 2 wins were after March 21st. Horse did win and paid $46.60 but subsequently has been DQ'd to last.
