ONLY the host has the full data and then normally only how much money on each runner in each leg, not the actual ticket structures.

So most of the time the host track could show "live" money in picks as they progress but few do. ADWs, OTBs, off track places cannot.
All that really would be required is the "how much money on each runner in each leg". From there a matrix could be shown with either gross dollars on each runner, equivalent win odds or a percentage bet in relation to other horses in the same race. It would put a lot of daylight on the blind pools. Many of the horizontal pools are larger than the win pools and may actually provide clarity has to how some horses will get bet in the win pools in the down legs so that there wouldn't be a shock from late bet downs.
