Of course it isn't, but it is evidence of political bias in the DOJ.
Trump is not the key issue here.
The integrity of the legal system is.
Right now, our legal system is lacking credibilty.

The investigation is not just that he mishandled the documents, but far more serious than that. He is being investigated for violations of the Espionage act. The Espionage Act does not distinguish between classified, unclassified or declassified. There’s also the matter of obstruction. After being ordered to return the documents, Trump failed to return many, ignored legal subpoenas and resisted attempts to force compliance.

Trump's team says they were cooperating and this raid was unnecessary.
Somebody is lying.
I say charge the former POTUS with a crime and let's settle it in court.

Exactly, just like when Bill and wife took the fancy dishes, silverware and furniture when they left the white house ... dang moving company took more than they should have.

The head of CNN has already admitted they are doing nothing but sharing liberal opinions and that is what caused the ratings to fall.

QUOTE form a article in the Manchester Guardian today.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...ardy-for-trump
Nuclear or not, that is an awful lot of classified stuff, especially in view of the fact that 15 boxes of documents had already been removed in January after discussions between the National Archives and Trump’s representatives, and then again in June under a grand jury subpoena.
The papers removed on Monday were held back even after that subpoena, and their continuing presence at Mar-a-Lago was confirmed to the FBI by an informant. In the wake of all that focus on the documents, the possibility that they were retained by accident is extremely small.

So they were cooperating with the government.
See...you guys lied...again...you said there was no cooperation.
Funny.
Here's what you wrote a few posts back:
"Resisted at every step even after an active subpoena was issued."
You just posted an article that completely calls you a liar.
NO SURPRISE THERE

I know that these links require more than just a few minutes of time, and certainly require a significant amount of critical thought to process what is being presented. Did you actually take time to read all of them?

Clinton was investigated under the espionage act too. And the FBI knew this stuff was there months ago and just left? If that's true it reminds me of them knowing that people are not filing for FARA and then using it as an excuse to watch them.

And her personal server full of classified documents. I wonder what the difference is, in principle, between storing official classified government documents on a personal server and in a person's pantry.
