Jeff,
As I mentioned in another post the best way I have found to get a hold of Ranchwest (Richard) is via FB messages via his the Quick Grid page-

takes a day or two but he has responded 3 x in last 2 weeks to me that way-

I sent him several messages on his FB page. He responded to one giving
me a price. I asked him to send me a link. He never did.

I asked him for a link also but apparently he does not have one now, he sent me his phone number and said to call in the afternoon and talk to his wife, said she was working a lot and only available sometimes in the late afternoon or evening.
(I believe he can no longer talk after surgery). Since I've had identity theft and issues with CC numbers being stolen multiple times I told him I was not comfortable about giving my CC number over the phone and asked if he had Paypal (nope) or Zelle-last message was his bank did not offer Zelle.
He may be having more health issues or appointments with doctors. idk

Also what State is he in, so if I decide to call I'll know what timezone.
