The Original Horse Racing Guide?

All,
I received what I first thought was HorsePlayer's Magazine but after a second look it was "The Original Horse Racing Guide". Has anyone else received it? It had to be a complimentary copy! It has articles by Cindy Pearson Dulay, Cary Fotias and the legendary Sam Rothstein-Tout Extraordinaire among others. I'm not trying to suggest anyone buy this mag, but was just very surprised to find it in the mail today. Did anyone else get one?

It sounds like something I got in the mail a month or two ago. Had a few articles in it, but was mostly splashy full color ads for various online, offshore betting outfits. It was a cut above the usual Jm Hurley mailer, but still junk mail.

It was slickly done though. I gues you can get offshore full color printing cheap too.

Web-Site?

Socantra,
I tried to find the web-site www.TheOriginalHorseRacingGuide.com as stated in the magazine but could not locate it. That's not good advertising!
I respect Cary Fotias and his work. That made me take a second look!

OFFSHORE BETTING

i have heard some stories of a few off shore sites that have closed shop taking players money for the ride.in addition there appear to be some sites that are notorious slow payers etc.

I'm sure there are some reputable off shore services that are in operation. again i believe research is needed to identify these sites. the magazine THE ORIGINAL HORSE RACING GUIDE,which i received today touts a few off shore sites they claim are legitimate.

An Interesting Twist!!!

I just received The HorsePlayer magazine in the mail today! A story inside " HorsePlayer magazine makes landmark decision to help protect industry." "Becomes first handicapping -based publication to ban offshore advertisements."
The interesting twists are the similar time each publication was sent to the people and secondly the offshore no offshore presentations.
Now I have a hunch why I received the Original Horse Racing Guide!!!

I received 2 copies in the mail yesterday.Looks pretty much like they want to steer you to play the offshore racebooks.

Actually it was the other way around from what i have heard. The off shores weren't getting a responce from their ads in HorsePlayer so they dropped their ad dollars. Horseplayer ran to Magna to stay in business. Believe me if the offshores went back with money the pages at HorsePlayer would open up.
