my guess is that DEARLY DECLARED should win within the next 2 starts, she is a very slow learner with lots of ability.

Props to NYRA / AQU for providing the aerial view of the paddock before they hit the track. Not over used or under used. Well done, physicality players appreciate it.

Had what I thought to be a sharp pick-5 yesterday, but a late scratch of a false-contender ( Reed Kan) right before the 3rd race, negatively affected the value of the bet.
May be back on the turf soon (Today??) (edit= if my adw is up to date, we're off again today), -maybe we'll get a turf-underlay if so??

No doubt NYRA is the best circuit to both watch and play. They have one of the best broadcast teams fronting an ADW. I was a big fan of Gabby Gaudet when she was handing the in house feed from Gulfstream. She has blossomed under the tutelage of former TVG boss Tony Allevato. I do like watching the NYRA feed. The major problem with betting the races this year in New York has been the dreadful weather. All those races coming of the turf has been very troublesome. I believe this weekend will be no different.
Realizing that some people like off tracks, I hate them. I stick to the tracks that have more consistent track conditions like SoCal and Florida. As the winter approaches, I can't wait for Oaklawn, the Gulfstream winter meet and to some extent even TB.
I do wish mother nature would comply because there is no doubt that NYRA is the best there is to both watch and wager when track conditions are good.

Three scratches out of the featured Fall Highweight, leaving a field of six.
Well that's just beautiful

And not a turf race.
Sad.
Can't blame this on rain.

You can blame it on 20 degree weather.

Yes, two of whom ran last night at Penn National. Hardly surprising, as four were cross entered. We got two.

Well, if a track is crazy enough to run in winter, you get that kind of thing.
I guess the solution is not play northern tracks this time of year.
Tampa Bay Saturday......
