Thanks for playing word games without substance.
Apples and Oranges... and you know it.

But I guess when viewed thru blue tinted lenses they are the same.

Doesn't matter if its apple and bananas... we meddle in the domestic affairs of other nations all the time... that was just one example where you guys didn't care but now you do.

Providing others is quite easy.

It was a cop-out answer.

OK, then we should go and bomb some more Syrians and call it settled.

It's just being reported in the UK that one of the 15 men seen in the video was Mohammed Bin Salman's head of security during his visit to the UK and pictures are being shown of him standing next to MBS It's also being alleged that several of the others were part of his royal guard unit with photographic evidence to show this.

What this case shows though is the hypocrisy of the west, mainly UK and USA. We slam countries like Iran for their abuse of human rights yet have tolerated for years the vile regime in Saudi Arabia, all because they sell us oil, we sell them weapons which they use to kill children in Yemen and give us a strategic advantage in the area. Their abuse of human rights has been going on forever. At present there is a women who is due for execution by beheading merely for the offence of protesting against the government yet not a murmur. Earlier this year we were supporting the anti government protests in Iran. The same goes for Israel. America in particular supports wholeheartedly the government there despite the well documented abuse of human rights. The targeted assassinations of people, the killings of journalists, their violations of other nations territory by kidnapping people. But hey, they are 'friends' so it's OK.

It is true that this is being given prominence because he was a journalist for an American paper, so yes, it does concern America. However, it does give huge concerns about the rights of the free press to report and investigate. It doesn't help that Trump spends most his time attacking and refusing to engage with any member of the press who dares to criticise him, calling them 'enemies of the people' etc. Only this week he gave support to and joked with a US Congressman who was convicted after assaulting a British journalist last year who dared to ask him a question he didn't like. If a British MP had done that he would have likely resigned, yet Trump thinks it funny. Pretty awful state of affairs when the president legitimises attacks on the press.

I've no problem with the country of America. On my visit there I enjoyed it and found the people I met great. It's the government policy I sometimes don't like and find hypocritical as stated. If you notice I also criticised my own government. I love my own country more than anything but also detest our governments policy at times (particularly the present tory government). I'm pretty sure you love your country but hate the government policy at times.

But yes, I do dislike Trump.

I don't care if you hate America, Israel or Trump, that's your problem.
