Actually, the STATES are the cause of the problem.

If I recall correctly the Democrats were in favor of more manpower, spending, judges, and housing.

I'm not a immigration expert but that doesn't sound like "open borders."

I said the wall wasn't going to be built in 2015. It's 2019 now and guess what? The wall still isn't going to be built.
