I think some of those guy had springs in their legs. I used to work out at a place Bryon Scott did in the off season during his last couple years on his first go round with the Lakers. We are the same age and around the same height. There was nothing to do with legs that I could not smoke him on
with ease and you could tell he was making a good effort. The only physical difference was I was a lot more muscular, probably had 30 pounds on him.
Still I don't think that was why his vertical was a foot and change more than mine.

Keep it unless the Yankees give the person who caught it a lot for it
Not for them to be greedy or anything like that but if the ball is worth that much (which definitely is in this situation) then the Yankees and Aaron Judge would be giving that person a lot in return

Used to be you could que up the vid to where you wanted it and right click on the vid and it would offer a link at the moment you right clicked
Since I use an ipad 90% of the time I cannot do it anymore

No option like that. As Ralph said probably not offered on iPad.
