Saratoga 7-17-21 RACE1

Just watched race 1 at Saratoga and waited 20 minutes to cash an exacta
on an obvious foul.

There is not doubt in my mind the Stewards did not want to disqualify
the favorite, owned by Klaravich and trained by Chad Brown..

If any of us owned the Dq'd horse we'd be knocked out of the place position in about 60-90 seconds.


Not a great story for the balance of the owner, trainer, and importantly,
Jockey colony..
