I think I'm starting to get it now. Global warming only affects certain areas of the globe. That sucks because I was looking forward to being able to golf year round here. Is there like a map of these affected areas so a guy can look for real estate in the heart of this ordeal

The certain areas of the globe jumps from place to place and time to time. North Dakota might get some next August.

Well, we no know that the polar ice melting in Antarctica on the West coast is caused by a huge extraterrestrial base or city deep below the ice. On the East coast, where there is no base, the ice is increasing.
So it is not global warming, it is extraterrestrial warming.
