You do understand Muller is subject to he authority of the Dept of Justice? His authority comes from the A.G. The new A.G. did not recuse himself from the Russian investigation and now Mueller's authority and budget are dependent on the Whitaker.
BTW read Whitaker's op-ed about the special counsel.
FYI any subpoena's issued by a house committee are enforced by the DOJ now run by Whitaker. Rosenstein is regulated to the bench.

Not yet. But he will be under tremendous pressure to, just as Sessions was.
It's not just dems who will be applying that pressure.

With a new acting A.G. expect the declassification of the FISA application, as Rosenstein lost any ability to block the application from becoming public.
