Where can I get Tote Board activity data?

Is there anywhere I can get tote board activity data? I don't mind paying for it if need be.

Once in a while I see someone post a grid on all the horses' odds 20, 18, 15, 12, 9.......................0 minutes before post. Either odds or actual amount bet data would be fine.

I believe, has software for this ($99), although I'm not at all informed on the matter. You might look there.
