So what's THE pay-off to the 3 undecided senator's...to secure THEIR vote if possible

I would call it bribery...under political terms...it's called "PORK"....they'll get something NICE for their home states I would gather...

depends on who it is and what the state needs. Trump is a master negotiator so he will get it done for the least amount of anybody.

Republican Montana

What's the juice for no-show, no vote?

Daines planning to attend daughter’s wedding in Montana Saturday, Kavanaugh vote or no
t.

BILLINGS- U.S. Sen. Steve Daines said Thursday that he will attend his daughter’s wedding in Montana Saturday, even though a key vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court is scheduled that same day.

Maybe someone will set up a gofundme page for some of the more crucial voters?

What's truly pathetic is that there are enough idiot politicians who don't understand why Daines would do this.If this ends up resulting in Kavanaugh not getting the votes needed, you have to wonder what punishment Addison McConnell will have for Daines and Montana.Because nobody flucks up Senator Gomer Pyle's power grabs and gets away with it

I know nothing abut Senator Daines but a big to him.

I'll go out on a limb and say there's probably a few others that wish their Daughter was getting married Saturday as well. D's and R's.

Or maybe not....Because US people move on, by the November Mid-term half of America will be like "Kavanaugh who"?

Or maybe the whole mid-term vote hinges on where people stand on this Judge?

Its quality entertainment for me , I much prefer this than reality TV or Reruns of The Office.

The vote couldn't be held Monday? If Judge Fratboy is so sparkling clean and innocent, two days won't make a bit of difference.Bitch McConnell kept a Supreme Court seat open for more than a year so it can't be that big a deal. The country's still standing last time I looked out my window.

If McConnell has to scramble for votes this badly, maybe the wrong one was nominated.

And yeah a big to Senator Daines. In spades.

Why should they hold up the vote?
It was supposed to be held two weeks ago.

If The Great Daines can't attend important sessions of the senate, maybe his not the man for the job. You never whined when the Dems passed bills in the middle of the night before.

Why can't his daughter get married next weekend?
She's been unmarried for how many years?
What's the rush? She got some sort timetable she needs to meet?
No one was concerned about the damage done to Kavanaugh's family, so the Daines, and the horses they rode in on.

Who gets married in the middle of the night?

And I for one am glad to see a politician who doesn't act like a rump swab to Trump or McConnell.Like I said, McConnell wouldn't consider Merrick Garland so the VACANCY sign can be hung outside the Supreme Court for a little while longer.Republic's in no danger. Why they can even issue emergency alerts now on your cell phone if bad things happen because
Judge Budweiser's not getting the job right away.

Let me take a shot in the dark and guess that you never had a career as a wedding planner.

Elections have consequences.
They could use the extra week to do a FBI check on the groom.

Daines was interviewed last night and stated unequivocally that he would make the vote for Kavanaugh. A lot of fake news making the rounds.
