I wonder what the racial makeup of these shootings were? I guessing 85-90% B-O-B

Good thing the anti-gun laws are strong in Chicago.

Strong anti-gun laws prevent needless deaths via firearms...oh...wait a minute...

Disgusting

This thread is in really poor taste.

Sure, it's only reporting facts.
True, south Chicago is a war zone.
No gun laws will ever get it back normal, either.

What u jerks think is amusing is actually pretty sick.

No one finds any of this amusing.

What IS amusing are those who think banning guns will stop people from dying via gunshot wounds.

This thread is proof that such bans and anti-gun laws are completely ineffective.

But you and others will keep telling us how heartless we all are while people keep dying, even in cities where it's damn near impossible to carry a gun legally if you are an average citizen.

Maybe your sanctimony will keep people from dying next weekend in Chicago, because your championed gun laws certainly aren't keeping these people alive.

Pretty much. Don't know if I'd credit nature so much. Ignorance and stupidity is sort of in conflict with nature here. Any idiot can fire a gun.

Yeah well, what they're doing to cities like Chicago is in poor taste. If the perpetrators die in their own destruction...tough shit.

Go ahead and e-mail the title of this thread to the mothers of the 39 victims.

Nice deflection. Maybe you should address the actual reason why this thread even exists in the first place.

Why don't strong anti-gun laws prevent a MASS of SLAYINGS in the city of Chicago? This isn't some third world nation with a non-existent police force.

So, we have strong gun laws and a pretty sizable police force in one of the largest American cities.

So why are people still dying from firearms in obscene numbers there?

Should we blame it on Democrat leadership (or lack thereof) instead?

why don't you look in the mirror and see if the social policies that you hold near and dear have benefited this country, and those poor souls, in any way.

Laws are ineffective because their enforcement are hindered by constitutional constraints. If you threw the 4th amendment out the window and with enough support LE could house by house and block by block make it so.

If these BoB killings ever turned BoW this might get some support.

So then there is no need for strong anti-gun laws, since would-be criminals will get them however they can, and law-abiding citizens will use them for what they were intended...self-protection...

Strong anti-gun laws only hinder the law-abiding and do nothing to hinder the law-breaker.

This is what I thought...thanks!

i think it should be against the law for people NOT to learn how to fire and carry weapons at all times.
