Must need new glasses.

Correction noted. Not a winner.

Now in an even bigger tie for last place.

Hit late P4 for a $1 but my #9 was a late scratch and the fave won in that race....so should be $900

Hello BIG RED,

My scoring of $450 seems correct. Here are two reasons, and either one by itself was enough to keep you ineligible from earning an extra $450:
(a) The #9 horse was an EARLY scratch, and thus according to NYRA pick4 rules, EARLY scratches DO NOT receive substitution of the post time favorite.
(b) Even if it were a LATE scratch, you already had the post time favorite (#3) on the 3rd leg of your ticket, so you do not get to use the horse second time.

For future reference, hopefully someone will set me straight with regard to (b) if my understanding is not correct.

even if you have the post time fav you still get the post time fav again, so you would have 2 tickets to the fav.... hope this helps... If it's a late SCR..
