I've seen graphics for this but can't recall where, so best we can do is this

Lavender makes sense, as it was used for #12 in the original system that existed in California in the late '80s to early '90s; but they could have also used gold (intermediate between the present #4 yellow and #7 orange), which was #10 in that system.

And I assume "seafoam" is some shade of blue, perhaps greenish blue?

I had thought of ivory (lighter than the present #15 khaki), teal (similar to #9 turquoise, only more grayish), pewter (see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' helmets) and bronze as possibilities; metallic silver also (I had thought of olive too).
