Since when are lawsuits targeted at proclamations? They were targeted at what many thought were unconstitutional executive orders. And succeeded in whittling down his EOs

Hey...you're missing a critically important item: CONTRACEPTIONS. Everyone in the world knows that everyone in the world is entitled to free contraceptions, even if they don't use them.
I'm surprised Planned Parenthood isn't down there on the "front line" with our troops fighting the good fight of birth control. (But on second thought, would they want the female invaders to abort the next generation of dimwit voters?)

It's going nowhere. Trump is well within his authority to ban entry to any peoples he deems necessary. Read the law some day.
As the article says, the latest ruling has zero practical effect.
