I wrote "possibly" in reference to clipping heels because it was hard to tell if the 6 horse actually did clip heels.
It was the 5 who caused the Inquiry...not the 6.
According to your logic...if the 6 went down because of the 5 coming over on him...the 5 should still be left up because he would have then won by the length of the stretch.
