Him and Willie Nelson. Every time I have seen Willie smoke it has been an old fashioned home rolled joint, yet I think the volume he smokes is pretty small compared to cigarettes. No idea how Snoop smokes his. I am sure both have always smoked high end product.

I'm not an expert, but I think what makes cigarettes so dangerous is the additives to the tobacco.

Tobacco is one thing, and tobacco smoke is another. What makes cigarettes so harmfull to the body is the toxicity of the chemicals in tobacco SMOKE.

Many of those chemicals are not found in tobacco.

Why is that?

And don't tell me it's because people only smoke up once a day or whatever.

There are people out there (a lot of them vape now or take edibles...) who smoke pot a LOT. Not like two-pack-a-day smokers...but still...a lot.

Way more than the non-smoker...lol

And yet...the media is never going on about the dangers of pot smoking in terms of lung health.

VAPING...yeah...they bend over backwards to warn kids about that...all the damage you can do to your lungs (which is basically BS compared to smoking ANYTHING)

So...just wondering...
There is research showing an increase in lung cancer from pot smoking. I don't think it is cigarette level.

I’m babysitting a friends dog while he travels to Colorado this week.

He always brings us a gift when he returns. He hinted at edibles or gummies when he comes back

Tobacco by itself is a carcinogen.

I would venture to guess anything lit on fire and inhaled would be a carcinogen.

No. Primarily because there are far more tobacco than pot smokers.

I was a heavy smoker until I watched in horror as my uncle died of lung cancer. Scared me straight.

Willie is only 90. That 93 comment worried me as I only thought it wasn't long ago I watch a celebration of his 90th birthday. I thought that better not have been 3 years ago.
