I appreciate your suggestion. I was trying to check out the latest on Derby news, and found out that after a couple articles, DRF came back and said my limit of 30 free articles per month had been met. This was in Chrome.
I tried again using Firefox, and it told me I had 28 free articles remaining, and I was able to get to the article.
Lots of problems with Chrome lately, on multiple sites (like Twinspires) - total train wreck.

OK, those miserable BASTARDS did it to me again!
Last week, I bought a print edition and there was a card inside it. Fill it out and sent in and you get a week FREE Digital editions.
Mistake number 1 - So I did.
I got the promo code today and tried to download Wednesday's paper.
Every time I entered the code and went to check out, the code disappeared and the $6 price remained.
Mistake number 2 - I persevered.
I kept trying for about a half an hour and got nowhere.
Then, somehow, I got a copy of Wednesday's paper to show up. I NEVER agreed to buy it, but somehow, I got charged for it.
Mistake number 3 - I don't own a gun.
What the HELL is the problem with this bunch of f-ing morons????
When I ftst logged in, there was a message that on-line support was standing by and were answering requests every 9 seconds. Then, once I had a problem , the message is nowhere to be found.
Could it be their marketing strategy is to totally piss off people and water their time and then rob them in an attempt to cultivate new customers?
Because that is all I see.

Agreed. If I knew it was still this entertaining I wouldn't have stopped visiting their site permanently sometime prior to Y2K for most of the same reasons.

You can also use the Puffin browser. It doesn't seem to have Adobe/flash issues.

This probably won't affect many that post here, mainly because most who post here seem the type that get the DRF, and do their handicapping, before going to the track.
Anyway, if others are planning a day of racing at Churchill, and use the DRF, be sure and get it before you arrive. They DO NOT sell them on site, which in and of itself is another mind boggling example of the sport tripping over it's own feet.

Do any formulator users have the same problem? And if not, can you explain a foolproof way to access my pp's????????????????????
Also, does anyone else find it extremely pushy that the default buy option is for 60 cards with an "auto renew" attached?? C'mon drf, take a deep breath and chill.

Not sure now, what's going on. Logged into today in Firefox to review a couple of Derby Watch articles.....and....was told my limit of 30 articles had been reached.
Logged into DRF in Chrome, and lo and behold, again I now had 28 free articles remaining. Something is rotten in Denmark, err, Heightstown, NJ.

just that the articles are cached by the browser, clear your cache and likely it resets on the browser.
