And you know this how? The way his handlers are protecting and managing him, I doubt they are showing him the game tapes. He is obviously being drugged, that is pretty obvious by how his cognitive ability varies. The first 3/4 of that speech in Philadelphia he was wound up like no one has seen in quite a while. Like I have said my experience with people with dementia is dated back 20 years. None of them were taking any drugs related to that condition, a grand total of none of them presented themselves like Joe Biden.
Depending on the cause of the dementia and their age they either slowly got better or slowly got worse. They didn't bounce up and down like Biden.
