I hate to feel like I do, but I feel like we are dealing with extreme evil.
We need to invent a word that's way more extreme than corrupt and incompetent.
I don't know how you can describe anything other than willful purposeful lying about a drug that is showing at least some promising results in some trials by saying it's horse de-wormer when there is a very safe human version.
If you want to say "We don't have established clinical results yet and DO NOT take the animal version which can be dangerous" that's responsible. But to not allow doctors to prescribe it, threaten them if they do, and to keep calling it horse de-wormer is beyond extremely wrong, especially when you are already gung about a expensive emergency use drug that has not been tested long term.

the side note was in my past life I racked up many frequent flyer miles and I met Marg Helgenberger at a empty terminal, she was way too early for. A really nice lady.

I can sense the frustration in your post.
The federal government’s politicization of health care during the pandemic and the curbing or blocking the availability of cheap, effective treatments for COVID-19 such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin if effective, does not serve the public well.
Why is the vaccines for Covid only effective for a six month period ? Then you need a booster 💉. The U.S. is treating the ivermectin drug like it does not exist and virtually the media has ignored this in the press. Something smells rotten here as well as our government response to the whole pandemic.

Local pharmacies won’t fill it for off label use. They are refusing.
I am actually going to try and get it thru that website. There’s a doc in Austin. He has a ton of info on his website. Including some stuff I haven’t seen before. Let’s see what happens………..

I tried to talk my 65-year-old friend into using that website to try to get it as a prophylactic. He has type2 diabetes and refuses to get vaccinated. The area he lives in is, or was, pretty bad with over 18% positive testing, as well as full hospitals. My thought was he might be able to convince the doc to let him take it until the numbers come down.
Not sure what your plan is but good luck. My friend never followed through but he definitely plans to go that route if he gets sick.
