There's a great moral lesson in this story to be learned; but of course it will escape all the fools on this forum. The lesson is this: Take Responsibility for Your Own Life, and let others do the same!.

To Gorsuch's credit, he, evidently, has figured out that there is little practical value, if any, to masks; and that they are a lot more about theater and people control. So...he has chosen to act accordingly.

And likewise to Sotomayor's credit, she has acted in accordance with her fear for her own safety, and has wisely chosen to isolate herself from the rest of the justices.

Also, with the exception of Breyer, we should also give credit to the other six justices, who while disagreeing with Gorsuch and the self-isolation strategy of Sotamayor and Breyer, have opted to show up to work wearing their masks.

If nine justices of the court can work this out among themselves and develop their own strategies without any mandates or edicts or threats, why can't the rest of Americans work this out, as well? All it takes is that each of us do what is best for ourselves, and allow each other to carry on with our lives in accordance with our conscience and reasoning abilities.

Sweden, from the very beginning, did not force their people to do anything. The public health officials over there simply issued recommendations and left it to the discretion of the people to follow or not follow them. As far as I know, Sweden is still on the map and has survived the exercise of freedom, even when under attack by covid.

I suspect the SCOTUS will survive, as well.

Sotomayor obviously doesn't trust the vaccine or masks otherwise she wouldn't be in a remote place. Democrats keep telling us both offer tremendous protection from the virus. She clearly doesn't see it that way. I guess she isn't following the science.

‘Unseemly’: NPR Refuses to Correct Story After Supreme Court Deems It False

https://www.theepochtimes.com/unseem...uvfN976qjZo%3D

The moral to this story is that when a reporting agency has an [b]anonymous[b] sources or sources, this seals the deal! It always trumps sources who are not anonymous.
