It makes no sense that a mask will stop someone from spreading it but not keep the wearer safe. But then, many here make even less sense.

My advice,if you are so scared of getting it, STAY HOME and let the rest of the world go about it's business. We really don't NEED you.

The real world is not for cry babies.

I am in a small town. I wear a mask to the grocery store, and to the convenience store and at work. Mostly because I do not want people to think I do not care about them. Not a big deal.

Arizona numbers dropping substantially.

Ready to ride the roller coaster in a month or two when they go back up again. I think this plays out over a couple years.

Based on what?

The much maligned Sweden now has daily case numbers not seen since late March, when the virus was just getting started there. Now down to 404 from a peak of 2.5k.

In the end, we're all going to agree Sweden did it correctly. Hcap hasn't mentioned them in a long time...I wonder why...

In fact, let's ask HCAP POINT BLANK:

WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE THE USA "LOCK DOWN" GRAPH OF DAILY INFECTIONS, or the SWEDEN "NO LOCK DOWN" GRAPH OF DAILY INFECTIONS?

Gee...wonder how hcap is gonna answer this one?

Guess the "no lock down" isn't so bad after all, is it hcap?

BTW, look at that graph of the USA and look at what all those looters and rioters caused....SKYROCKETING INFECTIONS....good job.

REMEMBER THE MUCH TALKED ABOUT "R" number...think of all the people exposed by all that irresponsible (yet officially condoned by Democrats) behavior...think of the countless lives lost...

How's about a link for your graph? That's what I do.

We already went thru this malarkey. The proper apples to apples comparison is Sweden versus other Scandinavian countries. Where population density, environment, propensity for single occupancy dwellings, and health care systems impart a innate resistance to community spread. Your assumption that it has fewer cases because of discredited "HERD IMMUNITY" is bogus

Sweden also chose to make a moral value judgement accepting more deaths as a trade off in a vain search for "herd immunity."

Deaths in Sweden are 10 times neighboring Nordic countries, and very close to other European countries with successful lockdowns. And it turned out Sweden still suffered an economic downturn even with it's half ass-ed lockdown policy. And racked up similar death rates as other non-Scandinavian European countries.

How come?

Hey Mike, your graph does show the piss-poor job "Happy talk Donald the False" has done under his watch

If you want to see why Europe, Canada, and the Bermudas have banned US citizens from visiting, look at how exactly how poorly Donald Trump Land has done compared to the European Union.

That is NOT true. An ER doctor was on the tube last night saying just the opposite

How do you not recognize those graphs as taken directly from the Johns Hopkins COVID-19 tracking website?

Here...you remember this website, right?

Just click on USA and then Sweden and compared the daily cases graphs:

https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/a...23467b48e9ecf6

Jeez...one would think someone like you would actually know this.

Kinda embarrassing that you have to ask me a question like that.
