What really frosts me is that whichever side wins the White House is likely to do so by a narrow margin. But just watch that party strut, make faces, preen, stick their tongues out and do everything short of a Mark Gastineau sack dance as if a 2% majority amounts to some mandate from holy Christ.
God forbid that whoever gets elected acknowledge that half the nation disagrees vehemently with their policies and plans.
And since our political system has evolved to preclude a true uniter ever becoming president, or whichever elected candidate daring to govern from the middle, we are screwed, absolutely screwed.

What I want to know is what is the explanation for Republicans not calling out Democrats for the bogeymen they make up that do not exist or at 1/10,000 of the scale they claim? Voter suppression is the #1 thing that comes to mind. #2 is this white privilege BS they sell, when being rich and connected buy privilege here regardless of race. White privilege let Tiger Woods get away with felony DUI, and OJ Simpson double homicide, right?

Security isn't a strong point with our government anymore. Wouldn't be awfully hard it seems to either attack the power grid, or perhaps disable the internet.
The problem with these attacks are sooner or later its felt everywhere also. A terrorist attack (not the homegrown variety) might seem more likely, but again, aren't they eventually damaged as well?

We need to staty electing prople with balls, unlike the GOP, Group of Pussies, we have now. Trump is the start. But it starts at the local level, Mayors, DA;s, school boards......
