That's what sparked the Twitter game over the weekend. Make up any silly, innocuous sentence containing the words "hammer" and "vote" and see how long it took the Twitter censors to flag it.

They dom not get convicted without a trial and evidence.
Until then they are legally innocent.
Legally you have no grounds to stand on.
