The most salient point to me is what doctors said before LBJ's people got to them. Consider what others conclude if nothing raises a red flag to you.

2. Robert was going after the Mafia and specifically Hoffa

3. Oswald had ties to Cuba

5. Frank Sheeran (a Mafia hitman) confessed to killing Hoffa and claimed to have knowledge of the Kennedy assassination and having a role in the guns used.
