Being done intentionally makes much more sense than it being an accident.
NO WAY it could have been an accident. Deleting a file on your computer requires two replies of yes.
Anyone but Dan believe that is the same level of security on something like this?

Well my buddy on Oahu states the individual has worked for Civil Defense for many years. He pushed the button and on the screen it said to confirm. He pressed the button again to confirm and he was asked it he was sure. He pushed the button again and............chaos.
