because of the ongoing investigation?," District Court Judge Elissa Cadish asked Metro's lawyer Nick Crosby.
"Yes there are charges being investigated," Crosby replied. That was the biggest piece of new information revealed Tuesday.

Some are also now saying the shots were fired FROM the hallway into Paddock's room (from forensics) hhhmmmm

It got transferred to the 'officer shooting' group right away, it is not totally clear who shot the guy.

An additional person of interest was identified in the days after gunman Stephen Paddock carried out the Oct.1 massacre on the Las Vegas Strip, newly released court records show.
A judge on Tuesday unsealed nearly 300 pages of search warrant records, including a document naming Douglas Haig as a second “person of interest” in the slayings, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
Paddock’s girlfriend, Marilou Danley, was previously named a person of interest in the investigation into the massacre.

500 new sets of sheets, pillows, and blankets were ordered shipped to GITMO this week. Trump advised it was a RUSH order.
Also, 500 55 gallon drums of fresh water were ordered, along with 500 new wash cloths.
