Did I bet?
What? No!
Are you crazy? That horse went off at 70-1!!
You nuts?
I just bet it to show.

I've learned the hard way, if you are going to bet em, bet all of them. The races you try to skip because of first time starters, maidens, or whatever will be the ones it hits at a big price. The only ones I skip are the ones that the odds are too low on. I don't mind missing a 4-5 or a 9-5 but never skip a 75-1. There's a reason he was the #1 pick.

Yup! That's the way I just learned that lesson, the hard way! Thanks for your insight, I'm pretty sure I'll never make that mistake again.
A whole lot of different mistakes, sure, but not that one.

Thanks Floyd
I thought those picks were in numerical order and not by preference. Regardless they were all there for the looking.
I used the Exotic Bets tip sheet that day so I missed it.
I have all of Greg's programs except Best 5. I just ordered it on Nov. 22 but have not heard from him yet. Do you know if he is ok?
Thanks
Tom

Tom,
You're right! My mistake, it's Best 5 that ranks 'em. (for whatever that's worth.)
I haven't heard directly from Greg, he's been scarce around here for quite awhile.
I hope he's not at Finger Lakes.

If he is at Finger Lakes I hope he took our advice. Mighty One just hit in the 7th, Pace View Platinum had , , in the 7th race.
Mighty One $92.50 $28.40 $8.40
Sundae On Sunday $4.00 $2.60
$2.00 EXACTA ( - ) $273.00
I'm feeling somewhat redeemed!

Floyd:
Are you certain that it was REM Park? I looked at the replays for the last two races on the 21st, 24th and 25th and that race didn't appear to be any of those.
