I thought the dims allotted committees and leadership according to what they want and how much they raise for the DNC.
It might be a stretch to assume Waters will be chair of House Financial Services, especially when she is so gung-ho on IMPEACH, IMPEACH TRUMP.
Does Maxine still have a husband that is involved with banking?
I don't think Maxine is 'Low IQ', but the people that continually vote for her might be.
