War Front's Progeny
Racing Post data from 1998 to present for War Front. Stallion Register data shows War Front's progeny average maximum winning distance lifetime and current year average maximum winning distance. ubercapper reminds us " . . . Per a STATS Race Lens query I ran, sire War Front’s sons and daughters are 0 for 20 the last five years at distances of nine to ten furlongs on dirt." His two sons in the Kentucky Derby, War of Will and Omaha Beach.

Lines of Battle (2013,7th) and Soldat (2011, 11th) are the only two that I could find in the Derby.

Didn’t one just win the Ark Derby at 9f?

Declaration of war couple of necks behind Mucho Macho Man in the BC classic was the best war front produced so far going 10 on the dirt.

Remains to be seen. Soldat had a 104 and 108 BRIS at 9f on the dirt heading into the Derby.

As you said, he's basically the only War Front that performed at the top level at 10 furlongs.
He also came from a monster female family (Terpischorist) that was inundated with turf horses that were capable between 10-13 furlongs. This was the same family as Belmont Stakes winner Union Rags.
Omaha Beach comes from Take Charge Lady, which has produced Will Take Charge (Travers) but not much else at 10 furlongs. Take Charge Indy won the 9f Florida Derby for his only relevant win. Take Charge Brandi didn't make much headway past her surprise champion juvenile campaign due to injury.

Not much of a sample size to go on I guess
Many of these stats have been broken and every one is eventually broken anyway, like the Storm Cat stuff, etc.
